A joke. I’m a lifetime platinum member, and I could even get a complimentary bottle of water. The 500 points or food and beverage credit is only the 500 points, they refuse the credit. They want to sell you water bottles for $6 or $7 dollars. Their front desk people say they offer filtered water in the gym and lobby so they don’t need to offer bottles. They also gave some BS about environmental reasons. Marriott has gone down so far.

Our experience was not amenities related. We had booked this hotel many weeks in advance to our arrival. When we arrived in Denver and studied our itinerary, we discovered our time frame to stay over night was not workable. Being after the cut off time I was unable to cancel. I understand that this was my fault. I reached out to Marriott to discuss and to ask for a courtesy refund. We have been long time members and in all our travel this has never happened before. I was told the request would be submitted to that hotel and I got no response. Then after that stay date,my credit card was charged twice. I reached back out to Marriott and I was emailed by Luis Watkins, and copied by Ed Shurna, Kennedy Dundas, and Curt Laziff and told the refund was issued which it was. I responded with a thank you and asked about the courtesy refund again. No response. I emailed all 4 again 5 days later and no response. What bothers me that I was even a thought concerning the refund, but more importantly not even worth a response. Terrible customer service and consideration. A bad taste for me concerning Marriott, and I definitely will not choose this location on a return to Denver. If an answer in no, be responsible and say so.

Easy to park in garage, on federal which is a noisy road next to ballpark. Great if you are going to football. We were going to baseball so booked near wrong stadium. Clean and was upgraded but overall loud and basic , no water in room

I always enjoy staying at this property. It’s a great location for walkability, impeccably clean and great service. The hotel delivers on everything you need as a business traveler!

The lobby was really nice. The roomwas fine and better than a lot of Courtyards. So for a Courtyard, 5/5. For all hotels, probably more like a 4.3-ish. Excellent location and friendly staff. Would stay again.
