During your first appointment, we spend up to 75 minutes thoroughly assessing your condition, discussing treatment options, and clearly communicating a comprehensive Chinese medicine diagnosis. Follow-up visits are typically 40–60 minutes, allowing time for consistent, results-driven care. We believe in educating patients about what is happening in their body, why it’s happening, and how it can improve through Chinese medicine principles. Treatment may include acupuncture, lifestyle and nutritional guidance, herbal consultation, cupping, moxibustion, and Tui Na (Chinese medical massage), depending on your needs.
