I have been building and remodeling homes for over 30 years and can recognize issues that less experienced inspectors may not see. My inspections go well beyond the minimum Standards of Practice. My goal is to inspect every home as if it were my own. I use "special tools" like moisture meters, laser thermometers, combustible gas and microwave detectors and have a tall ladder to inspect two story roofs. The use of these tools or traversing two story roofs is not required by the State of Texas. My reports are very detailed including pictures and my assessment of cause, effect, severity and remedy of all issues so that you know what's important. They also include helpful hints about how to maintain your home. I will work with you after the inspection to ensure repairs are done properly, or discuss issues with contractors. My reports have helped clients to get the value they deserve for identified deficiencies.
