I have used Z Limo services for 9 years for all my travel to the airport. They are wonderful. Always on time and meets me to help get luggage when I return home. All the drivers are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their services.

Z Limousine is the best car service I ever used. They showed up early to take us to the cruise ship and to return. We asked them to make stops and it was no problem. I would definitely call Mike again and reserve Z!!!

Horrible experience. I emailed the company with instructions for a Surprise party where my mother was to stay in the Limo. The Limo driver never opened the door for them when he arrived at the customer home. Not only did this company ruin the surprise they lied and said my mother refused to stay in the Limo. My mother said the driver just said “ we have arrived to the destination”, they got out the car and he drove off. My mother walked in on us still getting ready for her surprise. I paid $300 for 30 minutes of service. Not only did I email Mike the instructions, but I also called Mike the day before the pick up just to make sure he understood she needed to stay in the Limo for a certain time so that I could come get her and bring her to her surprise. What a waste of $300 for only 30 minutes of pick up and drop off. They also automatically charge gratuity and don’t tell you. Beware. This was horrible service Mike!! Do better Mike!!!!

I booked this company for transport from the Houston Airport to the Galveston Cruise port largely because when I contacted the for a quote (and everytime thereafter) they replied immediately.Booking a limo for a party of 10 was about the same (or a little less) price as booking an airport to cruise terminal shuttle service.Grandkids had never been in a limo and thought this was great.Moreover, when we returned, we had planned to spend the day in Galveston, but family members were exhausted and wanted to go to a Houston Airport hotel instead. Z Limos was flexible enough to come and pick us up immediately and take us to the hotel.I cannot say enough about how good and responsive this company is.

So I had a different Limo service for 10+ years. 2 or 3 trips a month. They did not survive the COVID downturn. My first trip in over a year was last week. Scheduled through Z Transportation for a first date. They were incredible! My very first trip to IAH with COVID Protocol to Canada. Had a neg COVID test, but NOT the protocol test number required by Canada. Got sent home at the gate. Z was able to pick me right back up and take me home that morning. They rebooked the same schedule, removed a day. Seamless. Picked me up 12:15am Sunday, seamless. Family business, awesome service, customer for good!
