The 2-room, 2-queen suite we stayed in was slightly different from other suites I've stayed in. There was the main room with the 2 queen beds, and there was a small room to the side, off the entry corridor, with the fridge, couch, TV, microwave. It was nice because it gave a small place to watch TV or rest if everyone else was sleeping already. Bathroom was very clean, beds were super clean. I checked under the mattresses -- very clean, maybe one or 2 stray pieces of lint, maybe one old coffee stain that appeared to have been cleaned but not lifted 100%. Even the underside of the mattresses were obviously cleaned and cared for -- no dust or dirt, no random stray crumbs or anything.Free parking was plentiful and parking lot was well-lit. It seems that complimentary parking is becoming less common these days.Staff were super friendly, luggage trolleys were easy to find and plentiful. From when you walk in, it definitely feels clean, cool and comfortable.I didn't go in the pool, but they have one of those pools with the same pool being partly inside and partly outside, so you can swim outside and back in again if you'd like. Hot tub also present and seemed a good size. Lots of people using the gym, and they seemed happy and satisfied with the facilities.I did hear some voices from outside the room overnight (I think from another room), but I think they were speaking loudly, not speaking at normal volumes. Nonetheless, it was easily ignorable and not very loud. It didn't really bother me, and none of my family had any problems sleeping because of it.Coffee was good and available even after Breakfast/5:30 kickback. I heard soft drinks are also available outside of meal times, but I didn't check that one out myself.5:30 kickback and breakfast were well staffed, and food was kept plentiful. It is always a huge plus to be able to park, bring your stuff to your room, and let the family relax while going downstairs to pick up some nourishment to enjoy with the family without worrying about where to find food just after you parked and wanted to rest.All in all, excellent place. Clean, comfortable, pleasant, family-friendly. I would 100% stay again.

Drury hotels are our new home away from home place. They far exceeded our expectations over so called used to be 5 star hotels like Hilton, Embassy, Marriott, etc. The staff at Drury are welcoming and friendly. The evening food and drinks is wonderful. We expected light food, but it is hot food full dinner and breakfast. The atmosphere is calm, clean and quite. The rooms are spacious, clean, very comfortable and quiet. We got the value for our money. Will definitely stay here again or at other Drury hotels in locations we visit. We definitely recommend it!

The hotel was great. Service and Staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was good. It would have been nice for the bar/restaurant to be open later that 7PM.

Another great stay at Drury Inn in Carmel. Breakfast and evening meal had a nice variety of food options. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless!
