We went to the Islamic convention in Anaheim Hilton. We met Pankaj Shreshta (Hilton). He was five star, so pleasant to work with. Our friends and I bought Hilton packages from him, based on our interactions with him. Plan to buy packages from him again in future.

Nice hotel Zed is a great person

Pankaj, was great! I was sold on the offer. He was so knowledgeable and agreeable as he presented. I am looking forward to getting these offers in the future and continue to enjoy the quality of Hilton.

Negatives:-Stains on the bed sheets- Dark hairs on sheets/throughout bathroom upon checking into room -Movie night by the pool involved a very odd movie that didn’t seem “family friendly”. Multiple families around me complained and none of the staff cared-We were “upgraded” to hearing impaired room so we could get early check in, however this room became very noisy at night. The firework view was wonderful but one night it sounded like fireworks were going off until 2am because of noisesPositives:-Recycling-15 minute pleasant walk to Disneyland-Next to convention center-The staff! John and Julissa were so amazing. We felt like we were friends with them all along and made our stay feel so much better. The hotel would not be rated as highly without them

Lovely hotel, close to Disney, check in was a breeze and the dining credit is a great perk which can be used at a lot of places. Room is spacious and clean. We had a great stay.
