Since our flight was at 6 am, I decided that it was worth the extra $ to get a ride rather than deal with off-site parking in the middle of the night in December. And I have had some bad experiences with those airport parking lots. An added benefit is that our car would stay safe at home. Jamil picked us up at 3:30 am and drove us right to the terminal - no waiting, no shuttle bus, etc.Our return flight was an ordeal - delayed over and over. We messaged Jamil, and he said Malik would pick us up, but I was a little worried, as we were now 3 hours overdue and it was 3 am. But Malik was right there at the terminal door to pick us up and drive us straight back home. The cost was more than airport parking. But the ease, safety, and convenience of being driven door to door were worth every penny.

He's driven me to BDL for many years' biz trips, so naturally we asked him to transport us to Boston for the start of a trip in late March to see cherry blossoms in D.C.Always delightful & kind, Malik dropped us off on a Thursday in downtown Boston at a cute little shoebox of a hotel near Amtrak's South Bay station. Acela would be speeding us D.C. for a much needed relaxing trip.The trip was anything but relaxing! After our return to Boston our experience as first time customers of a luxury hotel in Boston was absymal. In. Every. Way.Thank goodness AAA Cab had already confirmed our request for Malik to return us to CT at the close of our journey. Easter Sunday in Boston's Trinity Plaza is a very busy place!! Malik's arrivalw as timed perfectly for our late afternoon pickup. Having left the *awful* hotel, we met at our new location nearby, returning with Malik to the hotel to collect our bags. The doorman was a gracious host working for terrible management but we escaped unharmed physically. Malik found his way out of a chaotic Boston traffic scene with two tearful passengers. Tears of job & relief to see our familiar driver Malik My tears of frustration at our horrible experiences. Never true words than Home Sweet Home on that day! Thank you Malik. An elderly guest at the hotel I work at was trying to get a ride to the town next to where we were. I suggested AAA Cab - Bradley Airport Office after searching online for a local company. Although he had a slight accent, I dialed the number and gave him the telephone. He provided the address and asked for the estimated cost. Once given the cost, he asked me if that was a good rate. I shared my thoughts snd told him he should go with it. However, the representative had hung up on the gentleman. So, I called back and the representative beginning yelling that the guest was not willing to pay. I tried to explain that the guest was asking me a question but then he hung up on me. I called back and he was yelling that the guest did not want to pay, and he had no cabs available, (all of a sudden). I told him he was rude because he had hung up while I was speaking, and that I would not recommend their services to any of our guests if this is how guests are going to be treated. He responded “ok”. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. One point of customer service is to get repeat business and recommendations. That will not happen from me.

AA Cab & Livery is a reasonably priced shuttle service that serves the CT, NY & NJ areas. They are a great service, reliable, and friendly. Jamil and his wife were professional yet welcoming and helpful. I used them from Bradley Int'l Airport to a small town in CT and they were a great alternative to some of the other companies that were much more expensive, inflexible and not as friendly.
