I was not overly impressed, very tourist driven area, that is crowded with mostly T-shirt shops, mediocre restaurants, jewelry stores and rock shops. Very few quality stores in this area. Parking is very difficult in high season as there is limited street and lot parking...goodluck is all I can say and pack your patience. It is a good place to kill some time on a cloudy day along with the thousands of other people.

Uptown Sedona is a beautiful place. We went in the middle of June, so, for out of towners, it was pretty hot. All of the shops had tourist prices - aka nothing below $40 - so it was hard to find something cute as teenagers who aren’t willing to spend money so easily. Most restaurants had outside seating with mist sprayers to cool off the customers and on going walkers. There were a lot of people when we went in mid-day but that’s to be expected in shopping areas. There are tons of stores along the walk that sell various items. Overall this is a great area to hang out with friends and family.

Cool looking plaza located in downtown area of Sedona. The parking spots are limited, but once you find one, I think strolling around this plaza can be pleasant. Some art displays and places to source some snacks.

Some of our favorite stores can be found here in the Uptown Mall, and many others are so very near by. The Christmas store has really unique ornaments and the cafe always does a good business. There is a modern art sculpture of 3 figures in the entry's plaza. This attractive and interesting Mall is in the heart of Sedona's Uptown main street. We also like that we can walk through the mall to get to Jordan Road and make our way up to the trails or catch the public bus to Cottonwood.
