I go to lots of used book stores when I travel and Lucky Dogs was worth the stop. It's a medium-size store with lots to look at. The folks running it are very friendly and quick to offer help. It's in a small non-descript strip, so it's a bit difficult to locate for a first-timer.(As I write this, the address above says W Jefferson Blvd. I went to the outlet on Garland Avenue.)

If you bring books to to trade Lucky Dog will give you credit. With credit this store becomes Quarter-priced books. A book with a $10.00 cover will only cost you $2.50, outstanding. Your credit is good at all three stores. (Casa Linda, Oakcliff, and Paperbacks plus in Mesquite) I have been a customer for twenty plus years.
