I went to see an opera for the first time. The theater is beautiful and well kept. I believe every stay in the house has a nice view of the stage. I also liked that the concession stand and souvenir stands were reasonably priced, which is so unusual any more at these types of venues. If I loved in Utah, I would be back to see more shows at the Capitol Theater.

The historic charm, stunning architecture, and intimate atmosphere make every performance feel special. The staff was very welcoming, and the renovations have only enhanced its beauty without losing the original character. It was a perfect place to enjoy a music concert in a setting that feels both grand and personal. Highly recommend catching a show here!

Incredible acoustics from our vantage point at the front of the balcony, perfect evening out at the Opera at Capitol Theatre.

What a great evening! Stopped in at the last minute to buy a ticket for the opera, Rigoletto. The lady at the ticket desk was very helpful and picked out an awesome seat for me. The show was superb - great singing and the orchestra was excellent. The theater is lovely and quite modest in size, which makes for a great view. Highly, highly recommended.

We were staying at the Hyatt 1/2 block away and attended a performance of the Nutcracker. The theater is very well kept. Although we had front row balcony seats, I don't believe there is a bad seat in the house. The foyer is large and able to handle a full house. The staff was plentiful, friendly, and helpful.
