I was in Rockford visiting family for the week and needed a place to stay on top of my workouts. A relative recommended FitMe Wellness, and I honestly had one of the best gym experiences of my life. This place is immaculately clean, not overcrowded, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. As someone who’s used to boutique fitness clubs in bigger cities, I was impressed by the quality of equipment, the 24/7 access, and the attention to detail. The vibe is supportive, not flashy. Everyone’s there to move, not to pose.If you’re looking for a Rockford gym with day or week passes for out of town visitors, or just want a clean, professional fitness center centrally located, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back every time I’m in town.

FitMe Wellness is everything a club should be. Clean, welcoming, open whenever I need to exercise. Staff was helpful and friendly. Day and week passes for visitors are easy to get and take less than 5 minutes to get.
