I absolutely love seeing Claudia! She has such a gentle, calming presence and really knows what she’s doing. Every session with her feels personalized and incredibly relaxing. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, Claudia is the one!

Was actually an alright place to go. The couples massage part was good. I think Donna was her name and she really knew her craft. My gf was very happy with her guy. Our package was the “emerald” package. The facials included were great. Good quality products used. My esthetician gf recognized them as great brands to use. The water circuit is kind of okay but I found myself just using the lounging chair more than anything. The real problems come after. No where in the booking process does it say there would be a gratuity charge. It was made clear I was spending 485$. That seemed like an okay value. Not 602$. 300$ per person was not mentioned anywhere. And made the good relaxing afternoon just sour. If they can’t clearly spell out the real cost then I will never recommend it.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Angela! She gave me the most relaxing and rejuvenating facial I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, Angela made me feel completely at ease, and her expertise was evident in every step of the treatment. My skin has never felt so refreshed and glowing. Not only was the facial itself amazing, but Angela’s attention to detail and the personalized care she provided made the whole experience truly exceptional. I left feeling pampered and relaxed, and I can’t wait to book my next appointment with her. Highly recommend!

Matrix Massage is the best in this area, hands down. My daughter came from out of town with a painful crick in her neck that had been plaguing her for a week. We called Matrix and got her in that same day. The massage therapist released the pain from her neck, shoulders and upper back. He found the root of the problem was actually in her scapular area. She was greatly relieved and able to enjoy her trip. Matrix has recently upgraded its spa area with beautiful new equipment including a gorgeous marble steam room and a state-of-the art infrared sauna with customizable setting I and a relaxing lounge area.I have been customer of Matrix for many years and have never found any place better in Salt Lake. Can't wait to try the newly renovated spa!

We went with a bridal party. I had a terrible massage. Person was not trauma informed, didn’t communicate at all. I was supposed to be given a reflexology treatment on my feet. That didn’t happen. Massage was terrible and woman didn’t know what she was doing. Further place was dirty. No hand sanitizer. A persons mask broke and they didn’t have masks. No cleaning or sanitizing was done between patrons using the shower. My mother also had a massage and she was hurt by her therapist and was in terrible pain the next day (no fun for the mother of the groom). When we checked out man at desk didn’t care we had horrible experience and we were not given any receipts. A bad place with bad vibes. Dishonest and no knowledge of the healing arts. Beware of con artists here.
