I was overcharged by Drury Hotel Indianapolis,Indiana for my extended stay and the staff did nothing to correct the over charges.The hotel took my money and I showed them they overcharged me. The staff could not correct the transactions. I have to the customer has to I paid for accommodations and services. BAD SERVICE

MoreWe were there to celebrate my birthday. So we both a room for the whole weekend. We are so glad we had purchased a room with a hot tub in it because there were to many kids in the pool/hot tub area all day until the pool/hot tub area closed. We was not able to use the pool/hot tub area until after 1pm on sunday. Smh!!. I glad we stay for the whole weekend to finally have a chance to use the indoor/outdoor pool which was a very nice experience. (After waiting for two days we finally was able to use the pool area on Sunday after 1pm). I THANK THE HOTEL SHOULD HAVE A POLICY THAT AFTER 7PM NO KIDS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS OLD SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE POOL/HOT TUB AREA. NO EXCEPTIONS. THAT WAY ADULTS CAN HAVE A CHANCE TO ENJOY THE POOL/HOT TUB AREA AS WELL!!! SINCE THE ADULTS ARE PAYING THE HOTEL BILL ANYWAY. RIGHT?
