PTI is dedicated to feet orthotic, sports performance insole fabrication and shoe modifications 100% of the time. Many shoe stores, sport specific coaches, bike fitters and health care workers with no formal training in foot biomechanics or manufacturing methods offer similar products. They are not orthotic facilities and have the product fabricated by a third party lab or use inferior methods such as foam impression boxes or by molding the orthotic directly to your foot.
