Dr. Shana Berger
Shana Berger, DC Chiropractic Office

Clients love that we take the time to listen to their concerns and deliver personalized, individually tailored treatment plans to get them on the path to the results they desire. Since 2019 I've implemented a technique called Cranial Facial Release which is very specialized and addresses breathing issues, apnea, sinus congestion headaches/migraines, TMJ/TMD, breathing disorders, sinusitis, snoring, vertigo, loss of smell and taste, trigeminal neuralgia, TBI's, post-concussion syndrome, seizures, chronic neurological disorders, emotional disorders. Because of the impact of this technique on the cranium and the dura that surrounds the brain it can have far reaching effects as it, in conjunction with cranial work, reduces tension with in the skull and dura and allows the return of normal function and drainage of the head. Though it may not straighten a deviated septum, it will positively effect the function of the nose and ability to breathe bilaterally. Each year since learning CFR, I've attended annual advanced seminars in techniques that support CFR addressing the cranium and lower airway facia both of which I find to be imperative adjunct tools. If you are curious to know more, please see our website bodysattvacenter.com/services or cranialfacialrelease.com or call and I'd be happy to discuss your specific situation and see if CFR is appropriate for you .

Dr Berger is the absolute greatest! Whenever I'm in Southern California I am ALWAYS sure to see her. I wish she was geographically closer!
