Liberty booked us the wrong vehicle. We BOOKED and PAID for a 30 passenger limo bus. They marked us down for a coach shuttle bus. The person who we booked with over the phone, Stephanie, is still saying we booked a coach bus. Which is also wild to me because we paid exactly what I have an email quoting us for a 30 passenger Limo bus. I HIGHLY doubt it’s the same cost as a coach bus. This all came to light the day before our wedding. It caused so much stress for everyone on our wedding day and the day before. Don’t book them. I tried to wait and see if they did something for all our stress this caused and all they offered was a refund for one hour out of our 8 hour booking plus transportation one day in the future. As if that makes up for anything. I wouldn’t even feel comfortable using/relying on them in the future at this point. I, the bride, had to get transportation from our hotel on my wedding, not even in the limo bus i paid for and looked forward to.
