tripadvisorHilton Alexandria Old Town has staff that cares about your experience! Fauhe and Paola were professional, kind, and cared about our experience. Having the metro steps away to head to DC and all the history in Old Town you can walk around for hours, make the hotel a perfect place to stay! Thank you for your kindness!
MoreStaff was excellent. Rooms were spacious, clean and well kept. I have stayed in the area prior and this hotel is the most quiet and I slept like a baby. You are mere steps to the Metro which makes getting around easy. No need for an Uber or a rental. Old-town is very walkable. This trip was business but I plan to return with family and stay at this hotel.
MoreRoberto at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. I felt welcomed warmly.
MoreIt’s a great little Starbucks tucked inside the Hilton hotel. Very friendly service, especially from our barista Felicia and the manager, Jules!!
MoreI travel extensively for work and have stayed at hotels around the world, so I have come to appreciate that a truly memorable hotel experience is rarely defined by the building alone. It is defined by the people. My stay at Hilton Alexandria Old Town was exceptional because of the hospitality and professionalism of the team, especially Roberto, Gray, Fatiha, and Manager Paola. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine warmth, kindness, and respect. Roberto, Gray, and Fatiha at the front desk consistently made me feel welcomed and cared for, and Paola’s leadership was clearly reflected in the level of service throughout the hotel. The room service was excellent, the accommodations were very comfortable, and the overall experience felt closer to the personalized attention one expects from a Four Seasons or Ritz-Carlton-level property. What impressed me most, however, was the human element. Great properties can be found in many cities, but exceptional people are what transform a hotel stay into an experience you remember. My sincere thanks to Roberto, Gray, Fatiha, Paola, and the entire Hilton Alexandria Old Town team for making my stay so enjoyable. You are the reason I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others.Exceptional hospitality, delivered by exceptional people. Sam C.
