The hotel is gorgeous! Newly renovated bar in lobby was lovely. The concierge, Ted, was wonderful! Would highly recommend.

We stayed in a street view king room. Upon arrival, we noticed the self parking lot was closed due to an event. This wasn’t communicated to us prior to arriving. Additionally, they had construction going on inside the hotel so day 2 our main entrance to our room was blocked due to the construction focus shifting to that area. This wasn’t communicated with us either. I checked in with my wife and the service we received in our room (turning down the bed, complimentary night time water, etc.) was always set for one person not 2. (They turned down one side of the bed and provided one bottle of water.) I feel this should’ve been part of a due diligence review upon checking in and an easily fixable oversight. Additionally, we attempted to call front desk to resolve these issues ourselves but neither of the 2 phones in our room worked, at all. I attempted to call via my cell phone and the line just range infinitely. They also don’t have any sitting areas on their bayside outside of the restaurant seating. We bought food from the coffee shop inside and were denied seating outside do to a “can’t bring outside food in” which was silly. We literally just bought food from the hotel. The staff was nice but no one seemed to have easy fixable solutions to our problems. For a 4 diamond resort, this should be addressed. Considering we spend a measurable amount of money for what we hoped to be significant service, the service was worse than most everyday hotels. Definitely consider other options before taking the chance on this resort.

Don’t go to this hotel! What a disaster. No where on the website do they tell that there is construction going on. Not even in a welcome email one week before arrival. Only after the room is fully paid and the payment is nonrefundable do they tell you that there is some construction. On arrival the hotel is a mess! I was furious and even checked other local hotels for rooms but everything nearby was full. We negotiated a large discount and stuck it out. But this organization has no integrity. Dishonesty close to fraud for not letting customers know that the hotel is a complete mess and the loud noise will be going on all day every day. Don’t go to this hotel.
