A car was sent for four people and their luggage with the driver’s personal items in the vehicle. This would never be able to accommodate the needs we had and the service when I called to address this matter was atrocious:

I used Quicksilver for a transfer from Orlando International Airport to the Disney Yacht Club resort and back for a family of eight plus luggage. The service was excellent - good communications at time of booking and time of pick up, punctual and pleasant driver who was waiting where he said when he said both times. The van was clean, comfortable and spacious. The price compared favourably with using one of the two bus transfer services which replaced the Disney Magical Express, perhaps an extra $20/30 but with the convenience of a private transfer.

We have used Quicksilver Transportation from MCO to WDW on several occasions. They are reliable and the price for the round trip is reasonable. It is the quickest way to go.You will get a confirmation by email and a text just before the trip with a confirmation and the driver's name and cell number. This is very reassuring.The cars are clean and large. The drivers are pleasant.We are repeat users and recommend them to friends.

Very prompt; contacted by text and asked to text when we got off flight; was waiting for us by baggage claim when we retrieved bags; return back to MCO was excellent as well; was waiting for us when we got downstairs from our room for our departure. Only downside was the infant carrier we had asked for didn't have the base so it was a bit wobbly, but honestly didn't present any issues.

First we had a really great driver (confirmation said Jeremiah but I think our driver was actually Cesar). Booking was a little different than I'm used to, as you book online and receive an email confirmation but you don't pay until your dropoff. We did have a flight number change last minute and I was able to email that to Quicksilver. The time was only different by 7 minutes (early, and I offered to wait for driver at original time), but Quicksilver said that this may affect our transportation type. I ordered a sedan, but a very plain, older shuttle van picked us up. I still paid for the sedan however.Again, the driver was awesome and very sweet. We arrived at our resort just fine and much quicker than the Disney shuttles! Our pickup arrived on our departure day a few minutes early, same driver and van. Which was fine, but I thought it worth noting that I definitely overpaid. Great driver, subpar transportation method for the cost.
