Tried checking into my hotel yesterday and was greated with roaches like actual bugs on the walls. Absolutely not I went to say something to management I got denied service and they still charged my card…. Do not stay here!! Dirty and disgusting smells like marajyana and management is terrible.

I’ve stayed at this hotel one time prior there was no issue. August 8th I tried checking in, yes, I made a mistake by doing the wrong day. I fixed my mistake online he proceeds to tell me I will just have to pay the deposit again for tomorrow. Then he randomly says to cancel it because there’s too much confusion which is the confusion was on his part. There was two people at the front the other man looked genuinely confused the apologies on his bosses behalf. The next morning he tries charging me for my room which proceeds to once again try to cancel my reservation. Other people are telling him he doesn’t need to talk like that to me and he is getting aggressive with multiple people. He saying he’s going to call the cops like he isn’t scamming me of my money. Multiple guests were vouching for me as well as the other person behind the desk. If you do not like your job, go find a new one.

Don’t book a room here the manager is very disrespectful and walks into your room takes pictures of your stuff and then runs you out of the hotel and tell you that you have no common sense

Good Hotel and Good staff, Property is well kept and renovation was going on, love the new changes and colors., Also new parking lot Feel safe to drive in. Just good management who care about the hotel and guest. Verfy friendly staff, good updates in guest room

Experience was very nice, clean hotel top to bottom , along with friendly staff. I appreciate the work effort put into a clean hotel with a affordable pricing.
