Absolutely horrible customer service ! They do not know the stones that are being sold in their jewelry. Owner and family employees are rude and disrespectful. Cashier was on her phone watching videos ( you could hear ) and didn't even greet customers as they entered the store. You're better off ordering the same osters from Amazon same oster as this joke of a store but 4 for $17 online. Save your hard earn money and don't shop at either of the locations. Just full of excuses on poor customer service.

Very cool experience. Two rings I wanted did not have my size. Needed to go with another ring. The pearl was $20 and the ring was $50. Total was about $75.

count your change i took my friend there she bought a necklace at the Bearfoot landing store.. She hand the girl 4 $20s and they where talking and she didn't realize her change was $10 short till we was about 2 hours away on our way home. she called the number on the receipt was told they would get to the bottom of it and mail her a Refund. to make a long story short she called 2 times over 2 weeks each time being told she would receive a refund been way over 2 months NO refund and NO respond to text. with that being said i don't recommend doing business with this place

My mother and I came into the store while walking around Barefoot Landing in Myrtle Beach and couldn't help but stop. We had the pleasure of speaking with the managers/owner of this establishment and completely fell inlove with the concept, so much so, we came back to show our support by purchasing a peice. They shuck the oysters to retrieve the pearl and set it inside of any jewelry peice of your choosing. The mystery of this small token is what color pearl you get. (The secret is: the uglier the shell, the rarer and prettier the pearl) The prices are very reasonable for what you are getting. My mother and I really enjoyed our experience here and we would recommend it to everyone who is visiting Myrtle Beach and Barefoot Landing.

All of us ladies on the trip got something as a souvenir. The whole experience from picking your oyster, to finding out your Pearl color, to picking out the setting was so much fun. The gentlemen there made it fun and informative.
