RUN AWAY FAST. Save your money! I’ve been getting Bodywork done since 2011 after I was assaulted and almost murdered. The incident left me with a very serious condition that requires deep tissue Bodywork once a month. Given MARIN MAGAZINE choosing her, I thought I could trust it!, (which I have to assume have just been completely gleaned of negative reviews which is the only possible way she could get recognized!) When I pulled up and she was sitting outside on the stoop. I told her I was her next client - She said “ Oh lucky me… In a disdainful tone”. I thought about just leaving, but I had paid for an 80 minute Massage. I walked into a studio, which was very cute and she stripped the masseuse bed, which was piled to the rafters with God knows what underneath it, but she only changed the sheet underneath and the top sheet. She gave me a few minutes to change and get comfortable. During that time, I was looking at the cute art and pillows, and then noticed one pillow that said, “ if you don’t like me, then maybe you should get less”. I thought what a bizarre thing to have here… She then spent 70% of the time just putting hot towels over me from her microwave which she had CONSTANTLY going the whole time and I suspect she was eating or having tea as well since she definitely wasn’t working. She BURNED my back with one of them so much that I screamed, she still didn’t remove it, and I lifted it up and said get that off of me! None of me was massaged properly at all! And then she attempted to do what she thinks is a sound bath Which was such a joke and in her last pass at Me she put a very high-pitched bowl right up to my ear which Also had me lifting up really upset with her. There is a reason the ohm Frequency is sacred, you horrible person!I got up and got out of there straight away. I’ve never had anything done like that to me in my entire life. And I’m a tough cookie, an artist and management consultant. Berkeley is so far for me to drive now living in Marin County, But I’m going back to my trusted person for now and try and find someone in Marin at a later date. I’ll be checking to see if she takes my reviews down and if she does, I’ll just put it right back up again. She doesn’t know what she’s doing, she’s lazy, rude and DEEPLY unkind (abusive)!

I went to Hello Massage in El Cajon Ca. today for a massage, and had a nice experience. I had a discount coupon from the Get 1 Free booklet that comes in the mail to everyone once a month. I got to choose between a 60 minute Swedish or Deep Tissue massage. I actually got a lot more than I asked for. My massage therapist Ida asked me if I had any areas on my body that I wanted her to work on, and I told her where they were. Ida concentrated on those areas of my body, and actually did a little bit of everything to try to make me feel better. Ida did Swedish, Thai, and Hot Stone on me. She had very strong hands and gave me a nice relaxing and strong massage. Hello Massage has lot of clean individual and group rooms and 6 massage therapist to help you. I will definitely be back to the Hello Massage again.
