Competitive Edge is a sports training facility where we develop athletes to become better all-around in all aspects of sports and training. Physical tests and assessments are used to establish each athlete's needs. Then results-based training carefully monitored by established professionals is used to develop strength, agility, power, coordination, endurance and balance using the latest training techniques. We help build the connection between training and performance. Competitive Edge also teaches the mental and psychological aspects of sports competition. The goal is to teach each athlete how to train with discipline...how to establish the confidence and character it takes to be successful. We also have a sports psychologist on hand available for individual sessions. Competitive Edge has a successful record of working with athletes to demonstrate that the proper blending of physical training and mental toughness is the key to achieving athletic excellence.
