MoreHotel is fine, the restaurant , Brix, leaves a lot to be desired. Been a Hilton Honors member for 25+ yrs as I travel for work. This was undoubtedly the worst service experience in almost any hotel I have stayed. Staff seemed uninterested and bothered by having to be there. Long wait to be acknowledged when we sat down, food came 10 mins before cocktails...took 40 mins to get a drink...Monday Night Football was on when we came in during the 1st qtr, we were not served cocktails until the 2 min warning before the half. Would not recommend eating at The Brix. Hotel staff is very professional. Would stay there again but would walk across the street and eat at The Raddison.

MoreWe had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree! From the moment we arrived, Serenity at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive. To make sure our check-in went as smoothly as possible, she thoughtfully provided us with a physical key card to back up our digital keyless entry, ensuring we wouldn't run into any access issues. The property itself is lovely, featuring a great open-air layout with plenty of comfortable seating both inside and out.My wife loved the signature warm cookies, which were perfectly soft and delicious. Later on, we spent some time at The Brix restaurant—it has a very comfortable atmosphere. The only real disappointment was the complimentary bruschetta appetizer; unfortunately, the bread was extremely hard and rubbery, making it difficult to enjoy. Management definitely needs to address that preparation.That aside, Serenity’s outstanding hospitality made our visit truly memorable. We would love to return!
