Bald Spot on right side. I have very thick hair and do not have any loss of hair or bald spots..until now.

WORST HAIRCUT EVER! I'd going to report JEN to Colorado Board of Barbers and Cosmotologists!

Gauge on right side and back of hair was left long and uneven and then she cut 4

JEN butchered my left side in 2 places.The upper bald spot had blood when I got home looked in the mirror.No response from SmartStyle?
