Manuel's Mexican food restaurants were established in 1964 at 32nd St. and Indian School Road by Manuel and Alice Salazar. Their desire to serve the community with a friendly atmosphere and to serve their guests with the finest in mexican food still holds true today as much as it did the first day they opened. As our family grew so did the amount of restaurants, and today all of the restaurants are owned and operated individually but yet collectively by all members of the Salazar family. Manuel's has received numerous awards for our quality food and we still maintain that quality by preparing our food from scratch daily.
