tripadvisorVery clean and comfortable. Room were cool when we walk in. Room smell nice and fresh. I would go back here again to stay and recommend it to my friends and family. Room service brought up more towels to the room when requested.
MoreGreat place to stay hospitality from front desk was great, the numbering of rooms and exact locations was a bit confusing but they also offer big rig style parking which is great and it’s centrally locates to places to eat. Pool was clean grounds were also clean.rooms a bit run down but nice inside. Breakfast was good.
MoreI had to go to Phoenix for a doctor's appointment and decided to stay overnight this hotel was located close to my doctor's office. The room was clean it had a refrigerator freezer and microwave. It was also located near the pool and the breakfast room they had a wonderful hot breakfast with biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles and potatoes as well as other items. I highly recommend this hotel
MoreMy experience with this Quality Inn was extremely frustrating. I booked this hotel on Priceline. The Priceline hotel webpage AND my printed itinerary stated check-in was at 3pm and check-out was at 12pm. I specifically chose this hotel for the noon checkout time as we were going to be busy at an event all morning and needed enough time to go back to the room, shower, and pack. As we were checking in, I noticed their agreement stated check-out was at 11am. I show the desk girl my printed itinerary stating it was 12pm, but she couldn't do anything and referred us to speak with the manager. Kurtis, the front desk manager (who was wearing a Jordan basketball hat along with his Quality Inn uniform) sees us waiting to talk to him, but decided to take a long-winded phone call first. When he finally came over to talk to us, we explained the check-out time situation. I showed him my priceline itinerary thinking it was not going to be a big deal, but his response was You stepped to me wrong, so take it up with priceline. We apparently offended him because he had to end his phone call to talk to us. We asked for his superior, and his response was I don't answer to nobody followed by Talk to the morning crew tomorrow. I'm not authorizing anything. He then kept insisting we just cancel our reservation all together, almost in a threatening way. We were honestly debating it, but we were exhausted from driving all day and didn't want to deal with finding another hotel nearby (because even Quality Inn was completely booked that evening). Kurtis made me completely 100% nervous about leaving my belongings in my room unattended, that is how unprofessional this guy was to us. It also appeared some of his friends were visiting him in the lobby (we saw them congregating as we were bringing in luggage) which probably contributed to his I have a chip on my shoulder attitude. And just to give you a visual, the next morning when we went to the lobby at 6:30am for breakfast, front desk manager Kurtis was standing outside the entrance loudly rapping and smoking. You could probably find a higher level of professionalism from the $30/night hotel down the street. Aside from being completely inconvenienced and fearing for the safety of our property (and borderline ourselves), the stay was what you would expect for $70/night. The room was clean but very small. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable at all, but the linens were nice and cozy. The layout of the hotel is kind of strange. One end of the building has stairs and the only elevators available are in the lobby far from the parking lot. Breakfast was good aside from the hip-hop performance from the manager. The building has been remodeled and looks mostly nice, but there are still some eyesores in and around the property. Funny enough, as we were packing up and about to leave our room, we noticed a sign on the inside of the door that said check out was noon.
MoreWent there for 1 night on September 17. 1st room I went to open the bed so many hairs and some food stains. Front desk changed the room. 2nd room was same hairs and stain. Some one already slept. Are they supposed to change bed sheets after every guest check out? Also in bathroom I had 3 bath mates and no towels. Asked front desk if he can give me towels and give new bedsheets. He gave me small bed sheets for king size bed. Only good thing about hotel is they are doing renovation and put new furniture in room. It seems like they are doing more renovation. Hope they also train their house keeper.
