
Rosedale Park

A historic neighborhood in north-western Detroit, the Rosedale Park is a National Register of Historic Places site since 2006. With 1533 structures, this neighborhood is one of the the largest historic districts in the sate of Michigan. Most of the houses in the area are brick houses and the first houses were designed by Albert Kahn in 1916. Subsequent additions were made to the district, where a combination of architectural styles like Colonial Revival, Tudor Revival, American Foursquare, Arts and Crafts, Dutch Colonial can be found among many others.
