This company don’t pay their drivers you will receive unexpected phone call from the drivers after six months complaining they never got paid for their trip.

This was by far the worse limo service that I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone. I made the reservation and about the only good thing, he was at the airport on time, even though he kept insisting that I get my luggage and walk all the way down to the ticketing area to come outside. I did not do this and told him I would come outside by baggage claim. He did finally come and after we (the driver and obviously a friend of his, and me...a female). I did not feel safe at all with two men, his fast driving, looking at his phone while driving and looking at his friend the whole trip. He also used curse words every time he opened his mouth. The next problem was blaring loud music (a speaker behind my head), I asked him to turn it down after 4 songs and he did turn it off. The rest of the trip, they talked constantly. The driver turned on the wrong road off if the FL. Turnpike (where he was driving 75-80 the whole time). When I told him he turned on the wrong road, he argued with me that he knew where he was going and his GPS told him to turn where he did. After riding on dark little back roads for 20 minutes, going too fast, I told him I did not feel safe and again told him that this road was not the correct road. He turned 3 or 4 times and ended up (somehow) on the right road, but he had already wasted 30 minutes weaving around on country roads. By the way, this was at 11:30 P.M. He finally did get me home and practially threw my bag from the trunk...did not help me to the door. The price for this service was $90 and was worth about 10¢. I have used limo services in Boston, Dallas, Chicago, New Jersey and many other places...the drivers were always polite (with no friends tagging along), they always were gentlemen and helped me with my luggage.

In regards to the passenger who encountered a wife and dog. The request was an urgent one and the driver requested that was available was off duty. We do everything possible to make sure passengers make their designations on time. We were unaware of the extra passengers on board. I have been utilizing this car service now for several months. The corporate office has been extremely positive to work with. The drivers are all very professional, and show up on time. I have a very demanding travel schedule, and I constantly change flights to accommodate meetings. Rentaround has always been able to adjust their driving schedules to pick me up on time. In addition, the cars are clean and I do not have to share the vehicles with other passengers which is a big plus for me as I frequently have to be on work calls during the rides to/from the airport. I would highly recommend Rentaround to any customer desiring a great car service experience.

My friends and I had put our money together to get a limo for prom. We made the reservation for a 10 passenger limo but our group had increased and they had no larger vehicule so we had to call another company. We called them to cancel and asked for a refund but they refused to give us one. We couldn't get the other limo because we were short by $200 since they wouldn't give us a refund. We ended up having to drive ourselves to prom and our prom night was just ruined. They have no sympathy they just want money.
