I booked a solo mini treatment with massage, facial and pedicure and was there for 3 hours. It was the first time I've been to this Salon. Each technician was very sweet but I felt very rushed. I saw some people with robes, mimosas, and water, but nothing was offered to me until I was leaving. (I was not dressed up nor had make up on due to the treatments I was getting... was I judged?) One of my toes from the pedicure was ruined when the technician shoved my sandal back and then said I to make an appointment to fix it...? Each treatment was good but I was expecting the facial technician to tell me what treatments she would suggest in the future and possibly what products to use. There was no follow up or explanation of what she did or what I should do for healthier skin or what to book next. When asked she stated I was good. (I'm over 60 with discolorations, wrinkles etc.) I don't think I'll be going back...a potential large sale and loyal customer was missed for them. I've received much better service on cruise Spa's even though I paid more. Very disappointed.

The actual technician who did the pedicure was competent and accommodating. The Spa itself seems claustrophobic, ill-lit, grey, and windowless in the working areas of the establishment. The grey-on-black wall, floor and ceiling colors (with polished metal accent furniture) in the men's locker room was positively depressing. It seemed clean, of course, but the lack of light and the lack of air movement made for a altogether depressing and un-relaxing environment. The pedicure stations are not adjustable for comfort and awkward to climb into.

Went were on vacation and wanted a little me time - the ladies at the Scarborough's Day Spa meet every single expectation we had. I ONLY wish we had found them years ago. Took my mother and teenage daughter

My husband had gotten me the Sweet Escape package. It consisted of a massage, pedicure, facial and hair blowout. I have to say that it was an amazing experience. I am very particular of massage therapists and this one was awesome. Jodi gave me an excellent pedicure and my facial was just so relaxing. The blow out was a nice final touch to wash the oils out of my hair. I cannot wait to go back!!

My wife and I enjoy a great couples massage and this year for our anniversary we decided to give Scarborough's a try. Man are we glad we did! The staff is so friendly there. From the moment you walk in the building, you are treated like a king. They cater to your every need and make you feel so comfortable. The massage itself was amazing and probably one of the best we ever had and we get them often. We have had them while out of the country at luxury resorts that cost 4 times as much and Scarborough's outdid all them to date. Highly professional, caring people. We will be back!
