I can also provide you with many other services, such as open houses, listings on all of the major websites (and since 90% of homebuyers last year searched for their new home on the Internet), brochures, promotional mailings, and calls to potential buyers and other REALTORS® to tell them about your wonderful home. In addition to the marketing I can offer you, I will accurately price your home based on comparable properties in order to get the showings and attention your property needs and deserves in order to sell quickly. I will also keep in close contact, updating you weekly (or more often if you desire) on feedback received and the progress we are making in selling your home.
