I am only set up for houses, I don’t Clean apartments or apartment style condos. I run a one of a kind custom made machine with more than triple the water flow and a lot more vacuum that runs up to 310° (every 17° doubles cleaning performance) I use a Residue Free Process using Soft, KDF and Carbon Filtered water. I’ve replaced all of the leaded Brass in my machine with Stainless Steel. So I not only filter out the lead and other heavy metals in our tap water, I don’t add to it by running it through a bunch of Lead! I also remove sulfur (which leaves a rotten egg smell) BPA and other VOC’s so your clean carpet naturally smells fresh with no need for toxic synthetic fragrances.
