We will never book this hotel again. My husband and I have been here a couple times years ago, so we decided to stay again…. What a mistake! The lack of upkeep on the property is evident. When we checked in there was a loud thumping noise in our room apparently coming from the whirlpool tub. The noise was constant which carried into the main room. My husband went to main desk to see if someone could fix this and the man at desk said there was no noise and wouldn’t send someone to fix it. Also he said the hotel was sold out so we couldn’t switch rooms. I checked internet the hotel was not sold out. The disregard was unbelievable, I’ve never stayed at a place where they wouldn’t try to make your stay better. Plenty of great options in area. Stay away!!

I was very disappointed with my weeklong stay at Park Manor in Clifton Park. Cleanliness appeared to be a major issue throughout the property. Honestly, this place is disgusting. The continental breakfast area was never cleaned during my entire stay. Crumbs remained on the counters and floors day after day, the coffee was often left out overnight, and the container used to store bagels was simply restocked each morning without being cleaned. I’m not complaining about a few crumbs, I’m talking about enough crumbs to fill a cup and literally no wiping or cleaning of the counters. The pool area was no better. Dirty towels were left sitting around for days, giving the impression that routine housekeeping was not being performed. In fact, I did not see one staff member cleaning any part of the hotel throughout my weeklong stay. The pool area was no better. Dirty towels were left sitting around for days. It is obvious that routine housekeeping is not being performed. The most concerning part of the stay occurred one morning when my family came down from our room and found a visibly intoxicated man passed out on a couch in the lobby. A hotel staff member was standing over him yelling “excuse me, sir”, over and over, trying to wake him up. Management needs to address housekeeping standards and overall property oversight. This place is being driven into the ground. What a dump.I booked this hotel through Priceline and could not get a refund or check out early. If I could have moved my family to a different hotel, I most certainly would have but unfortunately could not afford to.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. It is a dump. First we had no towels and no shower curtain. The guy who brought them up smelled terrible and the towels smelled funny. Every piece of furniture was scratched and stained. Paint chipping everywhere. The ice machine was disgusting. If I could give a 0 I would.

How does a hotel have no maids? Our room was never cleaned, we had to go searching for towels. The continental breakfast was a few supermarket bagels in the lobby.

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Each room has a Keurig in it. No microwave in the room but one downstairs, also a toaster downstairs. You can order room service. There is a bar downstairs.
