More than 75 specialty shops and restaurants are spread over five floors in this interesting Asian-dominated shopping complex. There are several casual eateries on the lower level, including Plaza Sushi and the Plaza Coffeeshop. Famous Teppanyaki restaurant Tanaka of Tokyo is on an upper floor. Shops include Yokohama Okadaya, Belle Vie and Naughty Wave. Most of the wholesalers and open craft studios are located on the top two floors; you can usually spot the artisans at work.

Not much in the way of good shops.

Excellent Centre with a full range of different shops and restaurants. I was able to go to the history of the Island evening show in the early evening with Hula dancers and a cocktail competition. It also has a Target store with click and collect for mail order.

We loved the Waikiki Shopping Plaza very much. There were plenty of restaurants and shops all around. It was super clean and so nice to walk. Great place. It is absolutely worth visiting!

We've been coming to Waikiki Shopping Plaza for decades on our family trips to Waikiki! So nostalgic. We still remember the huge intricate fountainwork in the middle of the mall. The stores are still great and there has always been wonderful food on the lower level. The ambience is very cool. Two of our favorite Hawaiian-style clothing shops, including Heidi's Hawaii are just upstairs on the 2nd floor.I have been buying my Hawaiian dresses/muu muus at Heidi's for years. There's even a post office on the 2nd floor if you need to mail something back home. The Starbucks on the main level is now Kai Coffee which is great because it's local. Just a fun spot to explore and very historic if you know the mall's cool history.
