Rosa's Mexican Grill brings you authentic Mexican food similar to that which is served along the Baja Coast of Mexico,all our food is made fresh ,We use no chemicals,preservatives or lard in any of our foods,all of our salsas are made from scratch using the freshest tomatoes,chilies & Spices .We marinate our beef & pork in fruits juices,herbs & spices & slowly oven roast them .The meats are then lightly char-broiled while we baste them in their own natural juices.The Chicken is marinated in a special mild red chili sauce & is baked for serveral hours until each pieces is firm & moist .
