tripadvisorMy 2 yr old grand daughter pulled a cockroach trap from the bathroom. We had baby cockroaches crawl up between the cracks in the floor. We had a dead mouse directly outside our room. We didn’t sleep all night because we were so freaked out. And to top it off… they know this and tell you absolutely no refunds!!
MoreA wonderful hotel with an incredible pets policy. I brought my giraffe, my dog, and my worms and they could stay in my room free of charge. The hotel staff didn't mind the animal feces or the smell of my marijuana. Will be staying again when my delivery job sends me this way
MoreHorrible! Lady said she was giving us a great deal on a condo stay. Yeah right! Sketchy neighborhood, no furniture except a TV on the floor in the livingroom, a table and chairs and a bed. Oh and plenty of little freaking roommates! Cockroaches, everywhere. I know why she wrote not refundable on our receipt. I was actually quite scared for the first time in my week long stay in Mesa!
MoreThis is no motel. Two hours here, you'll know what I mean. Come on down and whet your whistle. Fun for young and old alike. Heh. Good luck. That's about the sum of it. Good eating, horrible cuisine. Bye
MoreWe stopped at the Miles Motel and asked if they a pet-friendly room available for the night. The owner said, “I don’t allow pets at this motel, but I am willing to rent you ‘my Condo’ for the night. “I just had it renovated and it has brand new carpet. It’s a nice two-bedroom, two-bath unit. You’re gonna’ love it. It will be just right for you!” she said. She asked for driver’s licenses and a credit card. I filled out a registration form with the info about our car and signed the form. She told us to follow her employee to the Silver Creek Apartments at 124 N. 67th Street. When we opened the door to her “Newly Carpeted Condo,” we entered a dark, dank living room. The “condo” had grimy furniture, cheap carpet, and an old-fashioned TUBE-TV covered in a thick layer of dust. There counter tops were filthy and there was slimy, black wastewater in the toilets. We were aghast! We went back to the Miles Motel to ask for a refund. The owner said “Our policy is NO REFUNDS but I’m willing to break the ‘no pet rule’ and put you in a room here at the motel.” The room was disgusting, too. We found bugs in the sink and the towels had stains on them. The proprietor said “We Don’t Give Refunds. I can offer you a different room, but I can’t give your money back. Our policy is NO REFUNDS!” I asked if she could give at least half the money back. She said no, so we went to a different hotel. We didn't even stay there, but they would't give our money back. The next morning I called and requested that she void the credit card transaction; she went off on me over the phone. She accused me of extortion and defrauding an Inn-Keeper. She informed me the registration card I signed included a clause about “no refunds,” and that my offer of a partial refund was attempted bribery! “This a reputable business,” she yelled! “I’m not negotiating with you. This is not the flea-market!” We disputed the transaction with the credit card company. The result is still pending.
