Island Prime serves dishes like Colorado Lamb Rack, Hazelnut Crusted Diver Scallops, and Prime Porterhouse. For guests who would like something healthier, Island Prime serves organic mixed greens, Heart of Romaine, and other healthy dishes. For those with larger groups, the restaurant offers group reservations for parties up to 75; and for parties of 30 and more, they have a private cabana. For larger groups of up to 500, Island Prime is available for buyout.
