The Serenity Garden @ Archstone Care Center

This is a typical plate of food that I received on a regular basis. Notice that there is no protein and no green vegetable.

Instant mashed potatoes with high sodium gravy, dry white rice and boiled to death carrots.

Stuffing, instant mashed potatoes with high sodium gravy and green peas. There is no protein or a leafy vegetable.

Dry cooked noodles and over cooked spinach. Sure there is a must,leafy green vegetable but once again....where's the protein?

No lever handles and pipes are not insulated - Not ADA compliant.
