I was repeatedly assured by Golden Limousine that the bus I ordered would have plenty of space for 24 passengers, their luggage, and their instruments (including a tuba and a cello). When the bus arrived, it was apparent it did not. The limo driver was unable to open up the storage area at the back of the bus, which meant that we had to pile everyone's heavy luggage onto the back row of seats. With the instruments, we were barely able to sit down. The limo driver did not lift a finger to help with luggage while students and faculty were busy piling up suitcases in the back. This was a truly awful way for everyone to start a European tour.
