Not a fan of the new store I don't like the open concepts I miss feeling there are actual departments employees in the women's store can be snobby and unfriendly especially in cosmetics and shoes...

Stay away from Rosa in the women's department if you can. She was horrible to me today. Never again to Dillard's. Plenty of other stores that have been courteous and helpful before.
