Go on a Thursday night and you will find a number of art galleries open. Roam through the many exhibits. There are special Thursday night art walks with receptions; a bit of wine and cheese is always nice. Plenty of free parking.

We have always enjoyed the Marshall Way Arts District, and in October, got to stroll, and “window shop” the myriad galleries. Since we last visited, much had changed. Previously, more space had been dedicated to Southwest art, but on this visit, more contemporary galleries had opened, and they are more our style. Yes, the art of the Southwest is still represented, but now, there is greater diversity, and we enjoyed that. When in/near Scottsdale, this is a must-do attraction, and is highly recommended.
