tripadvisorExcellent work done by professionals. The environment, materials used, personnel the service all top rated! I highly recommend this place for nail work.
MoreThese people are scammers!!! First they tried to not give me a detailed receipt, but good thing I requested it because they had charged me services I never received. Then tried to convince me they did!! Ladies protect yourself, and ask for a detailed receipt. Do not just pay!!!
MoreFirst when you enter they give you a menu for pedicures. It was great I have to say. But I chose to put powder on my nails and it is really bad.I asked the woman to make my nails thinner as it looked really bad like I glued a little piece of rock to my fingers. She left and a guy came in and was filing my nails but it still doesn’t look good.As it was a girls day I didn’t want to keep asking not to stress my friends.I think the salon in nice, friendly people but the people putting the nails for me were not professional and did not do an acceptable job let alone good.I give them 2 stars as my pedicure was the best another for most of them being nice and the experience before the powder.I tried to show how uneven and thick is the nail surface after it was done and after second person was filing. And how great is the toenails. It was normal polish. I wish I put normal polish on my nails too! :(
MoreI went to this shop today, and had to turn right back around after getting into my car because the $120 nails I had just paid for were messed up because the nail tech decided to put a regular top coat on my nails that were dipped. When he went to fix it he filed down the already thin nails & I specifically asked him to add more powder so they wouldn't break. WELP.... NOT EVEN 6 HOURS LATER.... We have a broken nail. See photo attached. Also, pay attention to how I look like I need refill on day one because of how the cuticles are done. I want my money back! I do not even live in this city, but heard good things about this place only to be EXTREMELY disappointed. This place treats you like a number rather than a person.
MoreWas in town for a conference and needed a fill / pedi. Read the reviews on Yelp and decided to go, even decided to book a massage. The salon is beautiful, has a full bar, offers free drinks and has two floors. There are approx 40 workers here and very busy. My nail service and pedi were good but cut me w their tool in the cuticle - no biggie, it happens, the girls were good. My biggest upset beyond the $20 they charged me for gel polish was the massage - the young boy had absolutely zero massage experience. I turned the 90 min appt to 30 mins it was so bad, he clearly had no proper schooling. Skip the massage but go for a quick mani / pedi.
