A group of adult players have been coming to the Phoenix area for 32 years to compete in a series of games over the Memorial Day week-end. With over 100 teams participating you need great ice, and this area has it. What works well for watchers (as opposed to players) is the heated, large-windowed restaurant / bar that lets you see all the action while very comfortable.

Came for a party for a teenage relative. Really nice experience. Good food for the kids and adults. Everyone seemed to enjoy skating, and eating. Friendly staff.

We attended the 18th Annual Presidents Day Hockey Tournament in Phoenix this year and all of our games were at the Ice Den. This place is nicely set up with a pro-shop, restaurant, a café and a cute little boutique on site. It holds 3 ice rinks that seem to be busy all day long. The rinks itself are absolutely freezing! We are from Canada and most of our rinks are nowhere near this cold. Bring a warm jacket! We spent many hours here and had a wonderful time; our team even won the tournament! A great weekend indeed!

Kind of snooty attitude from mostly teenage kids working here. If you ask a question you get attitude and eye rolls. Not much ethnic diversity here. Pro Shop is very overpriced.
