I feel I have an innate and exceptional ability to read the tissues and movements of the body in order to find the root of the dysfunction and I am very thorough in my assessment and application of effective techniques. My work is a blend of expertise, empathy and intuition to produce optimal functionality & lasting relief from pain and tension. I teach massage and bodywork to other massage therapists and therefore have the opportunity to work with therapists of varying backgrounds, thereby giving and also receiving valuable technique, theory and information to greatly enhance my expertise and effectiveness. Unlike many of the massage spas and chains, my rates are the same whether you request deep tissue, hot stone, sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, prenatal or basic Swedish massage and I give discounts to clients who book with me on an ongoing and regular basis.
