Central High School East Campus is a secondary school offering college preparatory courses to students in grades 10 to 12. The east campus of the school was opened in 1996 and offers courses in various subjects, such as language arts, math, performing arts, social studies and computers. The school also offers various Future Farmers of America programs. It offers an aquatic center, library and computer laboratories. Its career center offers a program known as My Road that provides college, scholarship and career information. It also offers various extracurricular activities and sports programs.
