SCAM! Booked a month ahead of time for a 10am pickup coming off an NCL ship. Never seen any van from this company arrive in the port (which is massive). there was no communication on where to meet, tried calling them 20 times and no answer. Ended up paying another company for transport!

Booked this for family of 5 to get from the ship to the airport and they were a no show. After speaking to them several times on the phone they assured us they were on the way they never showed resulting in us missing our flight. I would give them 0 if I could. Do not use!

We used Port of Miami Shuttle - Mia & FLL Airport Transfers for a hotel to ship transfer for a group of 6 including a baby and a toddler. Although their website was glitchy for me ahead of time, they quoted me and took my reservation by email. We were picked up nearly on time and the female driver was very kind, quick and helpful - got us to the port in no time - even with car seats and strollers. Excellent communication and service. We were a party of ten and arranged transportation from the airport to our hotel, from our hotel to the cruise port the following day, and from the cruise port to the airport at the end of our cruise. All three times our drivers were courteous and arrived on time. The vehicles were clean and in excellent repair. We highly recommend this service in the Miami area.

Once we got parked, we were on our way to the ship within 10 minutes. We were given tags to wear upon our return and the driver was there to pick up everyone within 15 minutes. Drivers very courteous and helped with all our baggage.
