Everything about this hotel is bland, with a side of deferred maintenance, and it Is NOISY. There's little to no insulation in the walls or ceiling; the flooring above us squeaked constantly. The noise of kids stomping and floor squeaking was constant!! and annoying. (Not blaming the kids, just the lousy construction.) Spouse came back from breakfast the first morning laughing about the couple having a very good time in their room, with passersby hearing it all from the hallway. The furnishings are Temu-IKEA - cheap wood-like cabinets with no drawers or doors. There’s no coffee maker or microwave. Bathroom has no shelves or flat surfaces other than the sink countertop. Bathtub had rust and the faucet was pulling out of the wall. Ditto the towel rack but that had been partially fixed. It was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was cold foods only, and housekeeping is offered every other day. I’m still surprised this was a Hilton offering. It wasn’t awful, just very bland and cheaply done.

The staff were amazing, especially Maria at the front desk. The stay was comfortable and very nice. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here in the future.

First time at a Spark Hilton. My son and I loved it. Very clean and the staff was friendly. We used the grill and swam in the pool. Great time!

Mary , Her Mom Marie,Stevie are amazing employees and they meet our needs as well as the other guests that I have seen in your beautiful Hotel. I give these 3 Ladies a 10 and if you guys need anymore employees , I would love to be apart of the Spark Experience ! God BlessTawanna
