Went to Vans in Oak Mall, Gainesville, Florida. My husband and I have gray hair, we walk in the salesgirl and salesboy are talking and on their phones. They look up then look back at their phones. They don't say hello or welcome, nothing I look at the shoes for a while still no recognition. We turn to the counter and I say, you might not want to profile the customer next time, you just lost a sale. The girl says ok. We want be there again

This is a great little mall! It's one floor, but quite large for an indoor mall. In an era where similar establishments are going out of business, or having to improvise with gyms and the like, this mall seems to be thriving. We were impressed by the variety of stores available: big names, but also niche shops. The food court is a bit lackluster, but other than that we had a fine time. We'll certainly be back.

I stopped in the Oaks Mall yesterday to get some new sunglasses at the sunglass hut. I walked all the way around the mall and was very surprised at how large it was. Workers were busy keeping it clean and everything looked well-maintained. I'll definitely be stopping by again.

This place does not care about the safety of their employees. There is a major hurricaine and they will not close. I dont need sneakers tomorrow, I need my child alive.

WOW and WOW. From the outside, it appeared to be dingy and in much need of renovation. Inside, like I said, WOW and WOW!!! The mall is super spacious; bathrooms spotless and plenty of them; eateries a plenty; security very present and obvious without being intrusive; great kids' activities and the stores are roomy and run the entire budget scale.
