tripadvisorI will not recommend Copley House after my experience. There was an issue with the AC unit in the middle of the night where it started creating a loud noise like a cricket and it went on for the whole night. We could sleep at all and we had a flight to catch the next morning. The callous and indifferent attitude of the staff was on full display when they failed to even acknowledge my message to them about his issue, leave alone offering me refund for the last night. One of the worst customer service in my many years of traveling across continents.
MoreCozy room and accommodating staff. Within walking distance from Boston Commons, Public Library, and Newberry St. Loved it, will be back!
MoreExcellent location, very good service, staff very helpful and apartment couldn't be faulted.Would return to stay here when ever we're in Boston.
MoreGreat stay with EXCELLENT Customer Service. Beds are comfortable. At the end of our stay, they stored our luggage until we were ready to go to the airport.
MoreNice brownstone apt. Had room 108 on 3rd floor, no elevator, but was warned. Bathroom was updated with hot water with good pressure. Kitchenette dated, but had what I needed. Freezer had dirty ice left behind. Comfortable bed and loveseat. Convenient to back bay and convention center and surrounding activities.
