My stay was pleasant and very comfortable I had a few issues with the plumbing but Nekayah and Nasir was both very attentive in helping resolve all my issues and made my stay very welcoming I highly would recommend staying here again due to the great staff which made me feel at home even being away from it for a short time. Thank you for all your help and great customer service Nekayah and Nasir.

Pleasantly surprised by our stay at AKA University City. Pros: Numerous, but a few highlights:- Beautiful, modern building with clean, modern suites. Our one-bedroom with library had a pull-out couch in a separate bedroom/office. There were two full baths, plenty of closet space and hangers including one walk-in closet with automatic lights, windows which opened, a well-stocked kitchen including an oven, and a washer and dryer. Washing up liquids, a sponge, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap were all included. They were generous with the bath towels. You are given one soap bar per bathroom, a small hand lotion, and then the shower contains shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner.- Beautiful city views at any time of day - There is a lovely lounge/business space on the 28th floor, as well as an outdoor patio, gym, and pool- Very conveniently located near the train station, short walk along the river to get to the medical buildingsNaturally, there are always a few cons:- Air conditioning was extremely noisy overnight when it clicked on and off- Pull-out couch was not comfortable- One of the toilets was finicky in flushing, always took a few carefully-timed tries- The conditioner contains almond, for those with nut allergies like us. So did some of the tea.- Pricey for what it is, but close to hospitals and train station

We arrived here last minute after a snafu with our reservation at a different property. We were traveling for a college tour so two of our teens were with us and also quite stressed. The staff was fantastic. They upgraded us to a two bedroom and brought us wine (I think they noticed how frazzled I was). We will definitely stay again and soooo appreciate that excellent service can still be a thing when you travel!
